HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS
STEP 1:
Book A Free Strategy Session
We will talk through your goals, challenges, and ideal career direction. You’ll walk away with clear next steps and a roadmap to success, whether or not you decide to work with us.

You’ll receive drafts for feedback, plus two rounds of collaborative revisions to ensure your materials feel authentic, polished, and ready to send.
STEP 5:
Career Coaching
From job search strategy, hiring process, interview preparation to salary negotiation, we’ll help you present your best self and close that offer with confidence.
